  • Tentative reservations will be accepted by phone. There is a $480 minimum. On three day holidays there is a $750 minimum.On christmas and New Years weeks there is an $1250.00 minimum. A deposit of $250 of the rental fee is due within 10 days of verbal confirmation of reservation. 50% of the rental fee and room tax are due 60 days before arrival.The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.   • Check in time is 4:00p.m.  Check out time is 11:00a.m. Late departures will be charged $50/15min. If the cabin is not rented the day that you leave we can be flexible on the departure time. You must make arrangments ahead of time.
    Weekend rentals begin Friday and end Sunday.
    Midweek rentals begin Sunday and end Friday.
    Three-day weekends begin Friday and end Monday.
  • Tax: The rental is subject to an 8% Tuolumne County Room Tax.
  • Cleaning & Damage.Smoking is not allowed inside.Fire arms are not allowed in or around the cabin,this includes BB guns,pellet guns and sling shots. A $250.00 deposit is required and will be returned within three weeks of departure if no extraordinary cleaning or repairs are necessary. Cabin is operated on a housekeeping basis. You must leave the cabin as you found it except for washing the linens,making the beds and sanitizeing the bathrooms.If the cabin is not left clean the cleaning fee will be past along to you($35/hr)..Lost keys are $25 each.
  • Cancellations If you need to cancel and we can re-rent the cabin the funds will be applied toward a future rental. If we are unable to re-rent the cabin the rental fee is forfeited and the deposit and tax will be mailed back. If you cancel 30 days or more before the date of arrival the deposit will be applied toward the rental fee.
  • Pets must be approved. There is a $30.00 fee. Certain breeds may be excluded. (Cleaning/Damage costs will be taken off deposit.)
